Almost the whole leaf is infected

Unknown Tomato Disease

I know very little about tomato plants, but I’ve read many times on different references that tomatoes are actually almost equivalent to a person with a weak immune system. Tomato plants are prone to have diseases.

Lately, I’ve been trying to figure out what type of disease does my tomato plant has. Searched through different sites here on the internet but there’s none that has the description of my plant disease.

Below are a few pictures on my tomato plants. Specifically, it affects the leaves.

Notice on the photo above that it somehow has paths.

One thing I noticed about the disease is that it somehow has a colored yellow head on its tip. On the path it leaves black lines also. With the path it makes and with the yellow head, I’m would like to hypothesize that this is not a disease but a pest.

Clearly, I know very little about tomato plants. I want to release my tomatoes from this kind of sickness. If you know what this is please tell me and how can I cure this without the use of chemical pesticides or chemical medicine. I hope there’s an organic solution.

For now, I’ll try to cut off the infected area before all the leaves are infected. I’ll also try to disect the yellow head to see if it’s a small insect. Wish me luck.
